Since September 3, 2006 the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Air Traffic Controllers Association have been operating without a legitimate contract.  The contract negotiations had started in July 2005 and continued through April 2006.  At that point the FAA declared an impasse and walked away from negotiations.  They then imposed their own work rules on the workforce.  The imposition was initiated on September 3rd; complete with a phony printed contract that we have labeled nontract, among other things.  NATCA continues to fight the FAA on Capitol Hill daily with the ultimate goal of getting the FAA back to the negotiating table.  We need the support of all of our Congressional Representatives to put pressure on the FAA to return to the table and simply finish the negotiations in a proper manner.  Below you will find a listing of our local Ohio Congressional Reps, as well as some "links of our Forefathers," which tend to be forgotten in the wake of many issues that face our country.
